Greg Norman and Rob O’Neill Partner For Heroes on the Green

Darius Rucker, Terry Bradshaw, Bret Baier, Katie Kearney and More to Play in Pro/Celebrity-Am Team Format to Raise Money for Veterans

West Palm Beach, Fla. (March 3, 2020) – Greg Norman today announced a partnership with former Navy SEAL, Rob O’Neill, to host Heroes on the Green – Special Operators Transition Foundation Charity Golf Outing. The event will take place on Monday, April 27 at The Breakers Ocean Course on Palm Beach Island and feature celebrities and athletes including Darius Rucker, Terry Bradshaw, Bret Baier, Katie Kearney and more alongside amateurs to raise money for O’Neill’s foundation.

“Rob and I have been good friends for quite some time, so when the opportunity to support his foundation presented itself, I jumped at the idea,” said Greg Norman. “I am so appreciative to all of my friends who have agreed to play and donate their time for this very special day, as this outing will truly be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for those who attend.”

In addition to the all-star roster of celebrities, amateurs will also have the opportunity to play alongside active duty Special Operators, including Green Berets and Delta Force, and enjoy a luncheon and fireside chat, emceed by Fox News Chief Political Anchor Bret Baier, following the round. Registration is now open for 18 teams of threesomes with all funds dedicated to the Special Operators Transition Foundation whose mission is to assist special operations veterans with a successful transition from the military into their next career.

“This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Special Operators Transition Foundation, so I want to encourage everyone to do what you can to support the event,” said Rob O’Neill. “I am grateful to Greg for the opportunity to join forces for what is sure to be a great day of golf with some of our nation’s most elite Special Operators.”
