Văn Lang Empire T&T Golf Club Nears Completion in Phú Thọ Province

Greg Norman recently completed the final site visit of Văn Lang Empire T&T Golf Club ahead of the club’s highly anticipated grand opening.

Developed by T&T Group and managed by Flagstick Golf Course Construction Management, the project is now in its finishing stages, marking the culmination of years of collaboration between the ownership, local government, and design and construction teams.

Set amidst the rolling hills of northern Vietnam’s Phú Thọ Province, the course showcases undulating terrain and dramatic elevation changes that are emblematic of the region’s natural landscape. Norman and his team have emphasized strategic shot value and diverse playability options, ensuring a course that challenges experienced golfers while remaining accessible and enjoyable for players of all skill levels.

Among the standout features are Hole 5, a par 4, and Hole 17, a par 3 — both situated at the highest points on opposite ends of the property. Each offers panoramic views and striking downhill tee shots, creating memorable moments that highlight the site’s natural topography.

Throughout the design and construction process, the team worked closely with local stakeholders to preserve existing landscape features and maintain the natural beauty of the terrain — a hallmark of GNGCD’s design philosophy.

With construction complete and grow-in well underway, Văn Lang Empire T&T Golf Club is now welcoming the first golfers to test its fairways with an official grand opening planned for early 2026.
